My affair with catering began 27 years ago when I prepared delicious food on passenger liners.

Since starting my own business in 2001 some of my customers have been: Azinga Access, British Airways, Creda Press, FIFA LOC, MCG Metal Closure, Monviso Knitwear, Parliament and the ANC.

My philosophy is an unpretentious food style that is true to its surroundings, full of flavours, colours and textures.

I provide good quality food and service in the Western Cape.
